These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Neauvia Clinical Pathway website, learning platform and training programmes provided by Matex Lab UK Ltd Trading as Neauvia UK ("Neauvia" "Matex Lab UK LTD" , "we", "us" or "our").By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a course or attending training, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use our website or services.

All course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Matex Lab UK Limited. To participate in a course, learners must provide accurate and complete registration information and complete payment where applicable. Matex Lab UK Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where eligibility requirements have not been met.
The Neauvia Clinical Pathway follows a structured learning journey. Learners may only progress through the pathway in the prescribed order. Completion of Discovery Day and/or Module 1 may be required before attending subsequent modules. Matex Lab UK Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse attendance where prerequisites have not been satisfied.
Course fees are displayed on the website and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Matex Lab UK Ltd does not store payment card details.
Where a course includes redeemable product credit, this credit must be redeemed within 30 days of the course date. Any unused credit remaining after this period will expire and cannot be extended, transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded.
If you are unable to attend a course, you must notify Matex Lab Ltd as soon as possible. Requests to transfer to an alternative course date may be considered at Matex Lab UK Ltd discretion, subject to availability. Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and the circumstances of the booking Matex Lab UK Ltd reserves the right to apply administrative charges where appropriate. Failure to attend a booked course without prior notification may result in the loss of course fees paid.
Matex Lab UK Ltd reserves the right to amend course content, training schedules, faculty members, venues or delivery methods where reasonably necessary.In the event that Matex Lab UK Ltd cancels a course, affected learners will be offered an alternative date, credit towards a future course or a refund of the course fee paid. Matex Lab UK Ltd shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by learners.
The Neauvia Clinical Pathway is delivered through LearnWorlds. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activities conducted under their account. Accounts are personal to the registered learner and must not be shared with any third party. Matex Lab UK Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse of the platform is identified.
Certificates may be issued following successful completion of course requirements. Matex Lab UK Ltd reserves the right to withhold certificates where attendance, assessments or course completion requirements have not been met. Certificates remain the property of Matex Lab UK Ltd and may be revoked where issued in error or obtained through fraudulent activity.
All course materials, presentations, videos, documents, learning resources, graphics, branding and website content remain the intellectual property of Matex Lab UK Ltd or its licensors. Course materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of the registered learner. Learners must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, record, modify, sell or share any course content without prior written permission from Matex Lab UK Ltd
Learners are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards faculty members, staff and fellow attendees. Matex Lab UK Ltd reserves the right to remove any learner whose conduct is considered disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe without refund.
While we aim to ensure uninterrupted access to the website and learning platform, we do not guarantee that services will always be available or free from errors. Maintenance, updates and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect access.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matex Lab UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website, learning platform or training services. Matex Lab UK Ltd total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the learner for the relevant course.
